All of us have learned to walk, to talk, to eat. Eventually, we are taught to read, write, and do mathematics. In the same way we learn throughout our life how to live with Jesus in his Kingdom.

This is the overarching goal of our plan for Catechesis (Christian Education).

Children’s Sunday School

Sunday School classes are held for children aged 3 through 12th grade starting the Sunday after Labor Day weekend until the Sunday before Memorial Day between the early and late services. Classes begin at 9:15. Our curriculum is bible centered for all ages. In addition, first communion and confirmation classes are held each year by announcement.

Adults of all ages

These individuals make up our Knowing Christ class, which focuses on growing more familiar with and confident in elements of the Christian faith. We want to know Christ and become people increasingly “prepared to make a defense to anyone who calls you to account for the hope that is in you, yet do it with gentleness and reverence” (1 Pt 3:15).
